1. Services & Engagements

WebStarts provides custom software development, mobile application engineering, web application development, cloud infrastructure management, and UI/UX design. Specific deliverables, payment schedules, milestones, and acceptance criteria are formalized through executed Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written Statement of Work:

• Client IP: Upon final milestone payment settlement, all custom source code, assets, and deliverables developed specifically for the client transfer fully to the client.
• Pre-Existing Frameworks: WebStarts retains ownership over pre-existing proprietary boilerplates, reusable open-source modules, and internal design tokens incorporated into deliverables under a non-exclusive license.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client business logic, user data, proprietary trade secrets, and software specifications as strictly confidential. Both parties agree to protect proprietary materials with industry-standard security safeguards.

4. Warranties & Support Period

WebStarts provides a standard 30-day post-deployment warranty on custom software deliverables to resolve software bugs or variances from agreed technical specifications without additional cost.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
